As a licensed mortgage loan officer for 12 years I will cover how a credit score is determined, how can we improve your FICO score, what type of loan programs and what types of down payment and closing cost assistance programs are available. We will also dispel mortgage myths and offer answers to any mortgage and real estate related questions.
