Adequate hydration is vital to good health. What factors influence hydration needs? What are indicators of being safely-hydrated? Healthy beverage options, beverages to avoid, along with plenty of helpful tips for staying well-hydrated will be shared. You’ll also see a demonstration of helpful, low-impact physical activities that can be done anywhere.
