Description of Event
Hosting an informational meeting about preventing diabetes. We are starting a diabetes prevention program (currently open to anyone who meets qualifying criteria). The goal of this CDC sponsored program is keep the local community healthy by promoting lifestyle changes that are proven to prevent diabetes. It is currently free to all those who qualify. The purpose of holding the meeting here is to provide a convenient public meeting space for those that attend.
