Description of Event

Jewish Voice for Peace, San Diego Chapter (www.jvpsandiego.org - sandiego@jvp.org - facebook.com/jvpsd), and American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, San Diego Chapter (http://adcsandiego.org/), present a documentary film you won't forget - "The Truth: Lost at Sea." This 56-minute documentary film, directed and narrated by Rifat Audeh, reveals the Israeli attack on the 2010 Freedom Flotilla, a convoy of humanitarian ships that tried to highlight the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza and break its blockade. The film shows how the dead activists and their comrades who defended their vessels were portrayed. The film reveals what really happened and how it was spun in traditional and online media outlets. Visit https://truthlostatsea.com/ for more information. The filmmaker will join via Skype to lead the Q&A session following the film. Free and open to the public.
