Read along and sing for this fun interactive storytime. We will read picture books, move our bodies, act out stories, and sing fun songs and silly rhymes to build our skills with words and language.

During the month of March, drop in anytime during the IDEA Lab's open hours to a make a fabric bookmark at our Fabric Bookmark Making Station.

Discover the magic of science and uncover the science behind the tricks! Participants will explore how famous illusions work—untangling Houdini’s chains and discovering how mirrors and optics can make objects seem to disappear.

We are excited to offer 3D Printing in person! Stop by the La Jolla/Riford Library's IDEA Lab during open lab hours with your .STL file and staff will be happy to assist you.

Kids can enjoy being creative by building with LEGO blocks and DUPLO bricks. It's a great opportunity for exploring with new ideas, as well as sharing concepts and strategies with other attendees.

The Teen Game Room is open! Come check out our Nintendo Switch and PS5. Teens regularly play Smash Bros., Mario Kart, Fortnite, Madden, NBA 2K and more.
