The ultimate benefit of meditation is liberation of the mind from attachment to things it cannot control, such as external circumstances or strong internal emotions. If stress has you anxious, tense, and worried, consider meditation. Take an hour of your day for self-care and join us in a free guided meditation. held every Friday.  No registration required.
