Program Description

Event Details

A participant will learn about the common signs and symptoms of mental illness. Common signs and symptoms of substance use. How to interact with a person in crisis; and how to connect the person with help.

By the end of this eight-hour class, a person will be nationally certified as a Mental Health First Aid Responder for a period of three years.

This training is open and FREE to all participants. Space is limited so please call 619-543-0412 to register for this class.
