Mindful meditation can help lower heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, and stress.  Instructors from the Healthy Adventures Foundation will lead participants in meditative breathing, a contract/relax exercise, and guided imagery.  Attendees will be shown how to use mindfulness in their daily lives.   Join us to de-stress from worry and care, and take a moment say help to locals taking a break in their day.
