Program Description

Event Details

Every year on National Coming Out Day, we celebrate coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) or as an ally.

In the LGBT community, “coming out” means the voluntary self-disclosure of one’s sexual orientation and/or gender identity. The emphasis is that the most basic form of activism is coming out to family, friends and colleagues, and living life as an openly lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender person.

Come join us for a flag making craft. Design your flag however you see fit. This will be a
JUDGEMENT FREE zone.
