Description of Event
This event will be a Panel Discussion and a Book Signing- Tarred and Feathered Again: The Racial Attacks on President Obama that Provoke, Disappear and Fester. The author, Dr. Darwin Fishman will be in attendance and he will sign books at the end of the event.
