Description of Event

Seth Schwartz, Esq., from the Law Offices of Schwartz & Storey, will present information for parent's of special needs children on educational rights relating to implementing Individualized Educational Programs (IEPS). The presentation will be presented in two parts and covers tips and strategies for parents to document important information to preserve their rights and discuss practical strategies to ensure the best possible educational outcomes. Mr. Schwartz will be accompanied by a handful of other professionals in the field, such as advocates, psychologists, and speech and language pathologist, to answer specific questions that often come up and relate experiences that may be helpful to successfully advocating for a child in the educational setting.
