Description of Event

The Purim holiday has legendary origins in Persia. It is an annual Jewish event based on both a heroic folktale and ancient spring rituals. In the Humanist tradition, we will share the sociological meaning of the holiday AND tell the story with creative play and art. Special refreshments will be provided. This event is free. RSVP's to attend are required by Friday, March 2 to madrikhabeverly@kahalam.org or 858-549-3088.
