Please join us for a live Virtual Celebration and Launch of the San Diego Decameron Project on Friday, February 26th at 7:00 pm. 

Out of the 100 winning stories, 10 have been selected to be performed live by professional actors, offering a glimpse into the scope, depth, and variety of the collection.

KPBS arts and culture reporter Beth Accomando will serve as moderator for a live discussion and Q&A with the the top 10 authors.

A limited print run of the digital anthology will be published and available within six months.

Inspired by The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio written in the 14th century during one of the worst pandemics in history, SDPL, Write Out Loud, La Jolla Historical Society, and San Diego Writers, Ink invited local authors to submit previously unpublished stories for the San Diego Decameron Project.
