Attorney Advisor for Trademark Educational Outreach at USPTO, Jason Lott, will guide participants in a live walk-through of the application. He will explain the various sections of the form and what the questions mean. The USPTO cannot provide legal advice.

Participants will also learn about San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.'s free resources for under resourced entrepreneurs.
