This is an in-person program at the Skyline Hills Branch Library and we are not sending out kits.

Registration is recommended.
Spaces are reserved for walk-ins.

Sugar skull decorating is a traditional activity for Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Make your own unique sugar skulls with colorful icing, tin foil, glitter & confetti.  They are easy to make and if cared for can last many years. All supplies provided. Registration suggested. Walk ins welcome while supplies last.
