Event Details

Mária E. García’s latest work describes the contributions Latinx people have made to the progress of San Diego County.  Whether it be opening a new Ronald McDonald house for parents of sick children, serving the country in the military or advocating for the library by serving as the president of the Friends of the library, participants will learn about some of the major accomplishments of San Diego’s  Latinx community.
