Join Children’s Librarian Miss Julie for stories, songs, fingerplays, and lots of fun!  This program is designed for children ages 2-4.

In this highly interactive, music-based storytime program, children have the opportunity to make music, learn beats, and dance and move to the sounds. All ages are welcome to attend.

Learn signs to use with your child! Signing fun with songs, stories, and finger plays as well as tips for using sign language as a preverbal communication tool with your little one.

Through colorful picture books, catchy songs, and playful rhymes, Señor Roberto or Mr. Robert brings stories to life in a way that’s fun, educational, and culturally enriching.

Kensington-Normal Heights Librarians will share stories, songs, and bubbles with children ages 3-5. Older and younger siblings welcome! Bring a blanket to sit on the grass.

A 45-minute Storytime for young children including books and music with the addition of American Sign Language signs with Jennifer Duncan from Signs at Play.

Join us for some performative science experiments with our friends from Mad Science!  Viewers will learn scientific concepts all while being entertained with live (and sometimes messy) science experiments!

Trinity Theater presents a story time theater version of If You Give A Mouse A Cookie.  The book will be read first before the actors bring it to life through a retelling with the audience's help!

Join us on the second Saturday of every month at 12:30pm for Sign Language Storytime. Children and parents will have the opportunity to learn new signs, sing, read and play. 

Play, and learn how children become strong leaders! This series of events starts May 14th and includes a storytime, crafts for kids, and new books to read. Every Wednesday until June 18th.

Hug and kiss and ride the ponies!  And then in the Petting Zoo, hold, pet, and feed the adorable fuzzy barnyard animals!  Yes: the ponies and other animals will be here at the Library!
