The San Diego Futures Foundation is hosting FREE in-person classes for people of all skill levels.  

Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.

Kids 4-5 yrs: The Kindergarten Readiness Program offers a variety of activities that focus on a child's academic                development, learning readiness, social wellness and more!

Do you need a computer but can't afford to buy one?  Sign-up for the C2SDK seminar where you will learn how to qualify and apply for a computer.  Registration required.
