Why is going to college such a big deal for adolescents and their parents? How important is it to earn a degree? How is college different from high school? These and other questions and topics will be addressed by Don Chu, Stanford PhD, former professor, department head, and most recently college dean. Don is the father of five who has seen his children through diverse college experiences ranging from community college to Ivy League. In this presentation, he shares knowledge of higher education and provides the introduction parents and students need so that they will be able to make informed decisions.
