Join us as we incorporate yoga poses, creativity and stories in this Facebook Live event. We always start with yoga breathing to help calm and warm up the body. Then, we add various nursery rhymes and yoga poses that usually mimic animals. Be prepared to make animal noises and use your imagination. We finish with a story and a rest to help our bodies grow stronger and our brains grow calmer.
