Description of Event

Join 200 RYT certified instructor Carol Phillips for a health and wellness discussion followed by a body dynamic stretching practice to tone the body, improve balance and relieve stress. Wear appropriate comfortable exercise clothes, bring water and a yoga mat. Instruction is focused for those age 55+; adults 18+ are welcome. This class is provided at no charge to participants, in partnership with the San Diego Community College District's Emeritus Program.
