Come join us every Tuesday at 11:30am for Music and Motion! This program is designed to introduce babies and toddlers to music, dance and instruments. We will learn new motor skills, shake our sillies out and sing at the top of our lungs.

An instructor from Silver Age Yoga will lead a yoga program that can be done on a mat or a chair.  Silver Age Yoga is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide health enhancing yoga classes for seniors.  Although this program is designed f
