Join us at the City Heights Performance Annex theater to see a FREE workshop reading of ORPHEUS, a new musical by Aaron William Fields.

Delight in the classic Greek myth Orpheus with musical twists on March 22nd and March 23rd, 2025 at 3pm. This fun, lighthearted rendition of the epic tale uses original music to tell the myth of Orpheus. Orpheus, a gifted musician, must venture down into the Underworld to rescue Eurydice, his bride-to-be, from death. On his journey, he battles powerful demons and supernatural forces. This exhilarating show features a big band swing for Aphrodite, a mambo salsa for the Devil, a tango for Hera, and a wide variety of other musical styles.  The songs performed will consist of musical hi-lites from a full length musical, "ORPHEUS," by composer Aaron Fields.  Performances for the public are March 22nd & March 23rd 2025 at the City Heights Performance Annex theater, located at 3795 Fairmount Ave., San Diego, CA 92105.
