Event Details

The American Heart Association will have a table with information on the Libraries with Heart program. This program equips participating libraries with self-measuring blood pressure kits to help expand access to vital health resources in the community.

Each kit includes a clinically validated blood pressure device, two cuff sizes, a plug-in charger, and a laminated educational handout. The goal of this program is to support community members in monitoring and managing high blood pressure. A limited number of kits will be available for checkout from the library.
