Welcome to the second Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month edition of the Art of Cartooning. Today’s character was created by the same company as Hello Kitty. He’s a little penguin who has been featured on apparel, DVDs, and even guitars! Badtz-Maru is today’s featured character. Although this class is geared for kids, all ages are welcome to participate!
