Our April artist, Katherine (Katie) Kennedy is an emerging La Mesa artist who specializes in oil painting. Katie likes to use a high-chroma palette to capture objects and scenes from everyday life. Katie considers herself a “community-taught” artist and likes learning from the community of artists around her. Katie currently paints full-time, and connects with art enthusiasts and collectors throughout San Diego County.
