Event Details

Art Therapy class focuses on the use of art as a creative and therapeutic process, using a variety of media to promote self-expression. This course is designed for older adults, but is also appropriate for anyone who wants to enhance the quality of their life.  In partnership with Southwestern College.  Registration available at Otay Mesa-Nestor Library.
