Event Details

Focuses on the use of art as a creative expression and a therapeutic process.  Utilizes a variety of art media to promote self-expression, to develop coping skills, and to mediate emotional and physical challenges and limitations.  Designed for older adults, this course is also appropriate for anyone who wants to enhance the quality of their life.

Is part of Southwestern Community College's Continuing Education Spring 2025 noncredit courses, this free class is taught by a Southwestern Community College Instructor.  

Registration Required.  Sign-up at https://www.swccd.edu or in person at SWC Higher Ed Center (HEC) San Ysidro, 460 W San Ysidro Blvd, 92173.  Course number is NC-1053-E1. *Paper applications are also available at the Otay Mesa Library's Circulation Desk. 

This course begins February 7 and ends March 21.
