Event Details

In celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, join us for this beginner-friendly suminagashi class which introduces participants to the traditional Japanese art of paper marbling. Students will experiment with ink, water, and movement while learning foundational techniques for creating balanced and intentional patterns. 

 

Each participant will produce finished marbled papers and leave with both completed artworks and a working knowledge of this meditative printmaking process.

  • For adults and teens ages 16+.
