In February 2010, the McStay family went mysteriously missing from their Fallbrook home. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office investigated their disappearance as a missing persons’ case because they could find no evidence of foul play. However, the circumstances were certainly suspicious. Nearly four years later, the bodies of the family were found in the High Desert of San Bernardino County. A business partner was arrested for the murders, but he maintains his innocence. Author Caitlin Rother will share her deep dive into this local, true-crime case.
