The diet of today’s society is often very poor and lacking in fiber. Linda Moskovics, a retired librarian from our own Benjamin Branch Library, has always had a passion for food and recipes. For years, she has been on a quest to create quick, easy, healthy, and delicious fiber-rich dishes. Come for a live demonstration of how you can enrich your diet!
