In partnership with Southwestern College, the second of three levels to learn English for academic and everyday purposes. Continues activities at a novice-mid level, encouraging independent learning. Increases grammar, reading, listening, conversation, and writing skills. Sign-ups available at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Library.
