Be Your Own Soulmate - Dream It! Own It! Have It!

For women in midlife, how often have you felt like nothing is wrong, yet, something is wrong?

You might be an empty nester, recently retired, had a career change, or you might have experienced the loss of a marriage or someone close to you. Are you starting to wonder…Is this as good as it gets?

Midlife begins as early as 35. It is not just a blip in our lives, it is a biological, mental, physical and emotional shift in our entire being. It can be a confusing time, when you can’t seem to get away from feeling unsatisfied with your life in general. On top of that, it feels difficult to pinpoint why.

What if everything we have been taught is topsy turvy? We have been brought up to see the world as the means to achieve what we want and how to be successful in life. Instead, what would life look like if YOU were the means to achieve what you want the world to look like? If you were given a magic wand, what would you love to see?

Join Josette in exploring the idea of living from the inside out, instead of the outside in. Rather than expecting others to fill your cup, what if you could Be Your Own Soulmate?

Josette Diaz is a Self Awareness Coach for Women in Midlife. She has created a system called Seasons of the Soul® and guides highly successful women to ALIGN through Creative Development Strategies to be their own soulmate and go from feeling dissatisfied in life to deeply and joyously satisfied.

As a speaker and facilitator, Josette has facilitated various panels internationally on topics about empowerment, taken the stage at the San Diego Reiki Corps and Women’s Council of Realtors (CA), and been a guest on various podcasts and live online broadcasts from San Diego to Canada and Australia.
