OBCeans deserve a book club that's a little bit quirky, just like they are! Join us on the first Monday of the month for a lively discussion of books that might not otherwise be on your radar. A limited number of copies of the month's selection will be available for checkout; just ask at the Circulation Desk.
Our book for July is Wow, No Thank You, a collection of essays that sees author Samantha Irby "at her most unflinching, riotous, and relatable," at least according to Amazon.com's write-up. We will have to reserve judgement until we've read it ourselves, of course, but given Irby's other work, particularly her blog bitchesgottaeat, we will be laughing.
