Event Details

Bike to the PB Library's Cass Street Plaza on your way to work or school and join with thousands of people throughout the region as we GO by BIKE!  Stop by one of 100 pit stops across San Diego County to pick up a FREE t-shirt (must register in advance at https://www.icommutesd.com/bike/btwdregistration for a shirt), refreshments, and plenty of encouragement!

This year’s Summer Reading Program theme is “Read Beyond the Beaten Path,” so we’re encouraging all visitors to the Pacific Beach Library’s Pit Stop to “RIDE Beyond the Beaten Path!”  Enjoy refreshments including drinks and Moon Pies, spin & win on the prize wheel, groove to intergalactic tunes, and memorialize the moment with a special photo op for those who dream of biking to the moon... and beyond!

PLEASE NOTE: the PB Library opens at 9:30am, so at that point we'll take down the booth and photo op on the Cass Street Plaza.  However, cyclists can still come inside to the Circulation Desk until 5:00pm to pick up goodies provided by iCommute.
