Join us for a presentation to discuss concepts of historical and intergenerational trauma, how it impacts future generations, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mental health.

Here are the objectives of the presentation as well:

Objectives: Participants will gain a basic awareness of what historical trauma is, develop a basic understanding of how Historical Trauma impacts future generations, and share self – care practices and techniques. We will also share useful resources for maintaining wellness during these times.
