How can it be that we all know it is important to talk about sex with our relationship partners, families, therapists, friends and medical care professionals and yet it still doesn't happen? Too often people wait to talk about sex until a relationship crisis or someone is hurt. Join us for a conversation about how you can prepare yourself to initiate more confident and relevant conversations about your sexual safety as well as navigating your sexual pleasures by Dr. Doug Braun-Harvey of the Harvey Institute.

We’re talking about sex at the San Diego Public Library! A new program series, Birds and the Bees: An Inclusive Sex Education Series, will inform patrons about a variety of sexual health and wellbeing topics including sexual orientation and fluidity, boundaries and consent, and STI prevention.
