Event Details

The presentation will explore dementia and caregiver burden, current research, importance of diverse participation and tips on maintaining brain health. The discussion will cover how diverse groups are heavily underrepresented in clinical trials, (especially those related to dementia) and how caregivers are impacted financially and mentally.

La presentación explorara la demencia, la carga para el cuidador, investigaciones actuales, la importancia de participación diversa y consejos sobre como mantener la salud cerebral. La discusión cubrirá como grupos diversos son fuertemente subrepresentados en ensayos clínicos, (especialmente aquellos relacionados a la demencia) y como son afectados los cuidadores económica y mentalmente.
