In 2020, the National Alliance for Caregiving reported that nearly one in five Americans are providing unpaid care to an adult with health needs. No one is alone in experiencing the stressful challenges of caring for a loved one and managing one's own mental health and happiness during COVID-19.  Join us for a conversation with Alzheimers San Diego Director of Education, Amy Abrams, as we learn about ways to support the well-being of caregivers in light of COVID-19, safety plans, resources for support, and more.
