CHAMPIONS FOR HEALTH (CFH) will be onsite with their mobile unit.
Champions for Health is a medical nonprofit contracted with the County of San Diego to provide free services to the community such as immunizations, blood pressure screenings, and free blood pressure monitor distributions to those in need to use at home.
