Bring chairs or a blanket and enjoy a free outdoor concert on the Cass Street Plaza with The Benedetti Trio, presented by the Friends of the Pacific Beach Library.  The 2022 concert series runs from May-September, at 4pm on the 2nd Saturday of each month.  

Family harmonies and creative arrangements are the hallmarks of the Benedetti Trio. Fred Benedetti, whose guitar playing has taken him to international venues with the likes of Dave Brubeck and Luciano Pavarotti, joins his two vocalist daughters Regina and Julia. Together, the Benedetti’s cover a wide variety of musical genres from the relaxing sounds of Simon & Garfunkel and Jason Mraz, to the soulful spirit of Otis Redding and contemporary musical icon Adele. Other favorites include the Beatles, Nora Jones, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and many artists from the late 60’s to the present day. In addition, Fred steps out to play fiery and impassioned solo guitar works to round out an inspiring afternoon of music.
