Event Details

Design a “do it yourself” Air Plant Magnet with ToshWerkS! 

Add a touch of nature to your home with this simple, stylish craft program. Participants will create their own Air Plant Magnet by combining natural materials with decorative embellishments to design a small, living art piece that sticks to any magnetic surface. Using easy-care air plants, participants will assemble and personalize their magnet using wood slices, stones, moss, or other creative accents.

Along the way, participants can chat, share stories, and connect with others in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

ToshWerks is an Art & Design Studio Formed in 2002 by Robert and Asia Estigoy. We are known primarily for our Comics and Fiber Arts, but we are consistently incorporating new and exciting Craft Workshops and Art Education programs into our repertoire. We have been working closely with the San Diego Public Library since 2004 and we continually aspire to promote Art & Literacy in our wonderful city.
