Event Details

Join us for Crafty Storytime on Thursday mornings. Hear a story and make a craft. Get creative with us!

In this session, author Kimberly Puleo will share her story, A Hippo's Hope. We will then create a animal based craft related to the story.

Ms. Puleo is a conservationist and writer passionate about protecting wildlife and combating animal trafficking. During her master's studies with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, she discovered the powerful role that education-especially for young readers-can play in creating lasting change. Kimberly believes that stories can open hearts and spark action, and A Hippo's Hope is her way of helping children understand the importance of compassion, conservation, and standing up for animals who can't speak for themselves.

Crafts suitable for ages 5-8. All are welcome.

Materials will be provided. While supplies last.
