Event Details

Family Sunday Pop-Up, hosted by Mingei International Museum. This free program includes interactive activities, a hands-on art project, musical performances, storytelling, prizes and much more. The Mingei International Museum partners with local artists and organizations throughout the San Diego area to offer a diverse range of programming that ties thematically to its permanent collection.  The goals of Family Sunday Pop-Up include increasing the reach to the number of families by collaborating with local area libraries, increasing visitor understanding of the Museum’s mission in a fun and interactive way, and giving participants the tools to discover their own capacity for creativity.
