Solid Waste Management Fee Financial Assistance Clinics
 
The City of San Diego has launched a program to assist qualified homeowners with their out-of-pocket costs for City Residential Trash Services. Eligible homeowners who apply online may receive up to $261.60 in assistance. They may receive additional help if they are on a county property tax payment plan. 
 
This in-person clinic will help homeowners:
  • Complete an application
  • Upload documents
  • Understand whether they qualify
