Want to eat healthy, but are unsure about committing to a full-time vegetarian diet? Flexitarian made the top three in research-based diets as a good way to eat healthier. This class will focus on learning how to be a healthy vegetarian and how to incorporate plant-based proteins.

Presented by Healthy Adventures Foundation, a non-profit promoting wellness opportunities for all.
