Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our Fourth Friday series of health and wellness workshops.   This session, learn how mindful meditation can assist with pain management. Learning the techniques and how they work opens the possibility of using meditation as option to assist in managing pain. Meditation works well in conjunction with other pain management strategies.
