Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our series of Friday health and wellness workshops.  This session targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It is a slow, meditative style; focusing more on the mind-body connections. Poses are traditionally held for 3-5 minutes, which is designed for stretching and lengthen tissues. It teaches participants to breathe through discomfort and sit with their thoughts.
