Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our Fourth Friday series of health and wellness workshops. In this session you will learn the benefits of meditation in motion through a blended workshop of presentation and hands-on practice. This workshop highlights meditation in motion, breathing techniques and Tai Chi-like movements. The program is free and open to the public, and there is no need to pre-register.
