Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our Fourth Friday series of health and wellness workshops. This session, learn about mindful meditation, which helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment. It teaches us how to be unconditionally present, no matter what it is. Mindful meditation has been beneficial to some in lowering heart rate, respirations, blood pressure and stress. It is a great addition to your current health routine.learn the benefits of meditation in motion through a blended workshop of presentation and hands-on practice. This workshop highlights meditation in motion, breathing techniques and Tai Chi-like movements.
